Build products, not tickets.
DreamBuild is a five-person product company in Surat. We build our own mobile applications, which means what you ship is the product itself — not a deliverable handed to a client and forgotten.
Only candidates currently based in Surat, Gujarat can apply for this role. Applications from outside Surat will not be considered.

HOW WE WORK
What working here actually looks like.
Onsite, together
We're in one room in Mota Varachha. Small teams work better in person and we're not pretending otherwise.
Short meetings, long focus
One standup, then the day is yours.
Ship weekly
Something reaches a real device every week.
Ask anything
Five people means no question needs a formal channel.
